Where we deliver
Currently, we only offer deliveries to the UK. All delivery charges on PicnicShop.co.uk, including our ‘free standard delivery over £50’ offer
only cover the UK mainland. If you require a delivery
outside mainland UK please contact us on 0845 867 4196 and we will be happy to make alternative
arrangements. Areas which are considered outside of UK mainland, and will therefore incur additional charges include (but are not exclusive to): Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands. If you place an order for a location that requires additional payment, we will contact you to request payment over the telephone. For some non-mainland UK addresses, delivery may take 2-3 days longer than our advertised delivery times.
Standard/courier delivery
If you select the standard delivery option, your order will normally despatched
within 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next
working day and so therefore an extra day should be added to the delivery time.
The standard delivery option is available for all products.
Express delivery
Where the express delivery option is available and selected, orders placed before
3pm (on a working day) will be despatched on the same day for delivery the following
working day. If the express delivery option is selected on an order placed after
3pm on a working day or on a weekend, the order will be sent out on a next day
delivery on the next working day.

Delivery on specific days or on Saturdays
If you would prefer your order to be delivered on a specified day, please call
us on 0845 867 4196 to make the necessary arrangements. This may incur an extra
charge.
If you require a Saturday delivery please call us on 0845 867 4196 and we will
be happy to make the necessary arrangements, although this will incur an extra
charge.
Delivery of your order
Due to the large range of sizes of products offered by PicnicShop.co.uk, orders
will be despatched either by courier or post. All express delivery orders are
sent by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Orders despatched by courier or Special Delivery will require a signature as
proof of delivery, so please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the
delivery. If you would like your order to be left with no signature (for example,
in a porch or shed) then please indicate this in the ‘delivery instructions’ box
when checking out.
Alternatively, your order can be left with a neighbour, but again, please indicate
this in the ‘delivery instructions’ box.
International deliveries
We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK but we are able to deliver
to British Forces Overseas (BFO).
