I have attempted to put an order through, but it has said my card has been declined. I am sure there is no problem with my card, so what is the problem?
There are many reasons for this to happen. The most common reason is that the cardholder’s address has not been entered correctly; this must match the address on your card statement. If this is not the case, the best option is to call us on 0845 867 4196 and we can take your order over the telephone.

I have received my order, but it didnt come with a VAT receipt, how do I get one of these?
Please email us and we will happily email a VAT receipt to you.

I have seen PicnicShop.co.uk on my card statement, but I didnt place an order with PicnicShop.co.uk, why would this be?
PicnicShop.co.uk has several partner sites, all of which show up as PicnicShop.co.uk on your card statement. These sites include Games On Board, Globe World, Fun Loo Seats, Smart Sleeves and Table Play. If in doubt, please call us on 0845 867 4196.

I live outside of the UK, are you able to deliver your products to me?
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to deliver our products outside of the UK.

I live within the UK, but not on the mainland, are you able to deliver your products to me?
Yes, we can still deliver our products to areas outside of mainland UK (eg. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands), but, unfortunately, this involves an extra cost and these orders cannot currently be taken online. If you live in one of these areas, please call us on 0845 867 4196 and we will happily take your order over the telephone.

I would like my order delivered on a Saturday, is this possible?
Yes, this is possible for most items. However, this involves an extra cost and these orders cannot currently be taken online. If you would like a Saturday delivery, please call us on 0845 867 4196 and we will happily take your order over the telephone.

I would like my order delivered to a BFPO address, is this possible?
Yes, there is no problem at all with this. Simply put the order through on the website as with a normal address. If you have any problems, please call us on 0845 867 4196 and we can take your order over the telephone.

I would like to order an item with Express Delivery, but this is not appearing as an option, why is this?
Some of our items, such as picnic baskets, are made to order, and therefore, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery for these items. If you need an item urgently, but there is no express delivery option, please call us on 0845 867 4196 and we will do our best to help you. The cost for express delivery on these items may be greater than our standard express delivery charge.

I would like to send my order as a gift and do not want the recipient to see any pricing information, is this possible?
This is fine, no pricing information is sent out with your order.

I would like to specify a time of day for my order, is this possible?
Although we would like to provide this service, any kind of timed delivery is very expensive and we are, therefore, unable to do this.
